Over the last few days, NYC and the surrounding area has been pummeled by Hurricane Sandy. We’re lucky to say that all of our team members at FB HQ are safe and sound. Our office in the Chelsea area of Manhattan, though, is still without power, as are many of our homes. Thankfully, our other FanBridge offices outside of NYC are helping us ensure that we remain very responsive to any client issues. Nevertheless, we wanted to share that this could still lead to slower response times from our Client Service team for the remainder of the week.
What can you do?

While we may not be able to answer immediately, we’ll have the issue on file and will get to it as soon as possible.
- Leave a voicemail if we don’t answer your call. We are working from our homes (or the homes of family and friends with power) and NYC phone service has been unreliable.
- Help those in need.
