If you think about the emails you send to your fans, do you remember what that first email looked like? Or what it said? For a lot of your fans, this is your first impression once they sign up for your list, and we want to help you make the most of it.

Now, along with alert emails for when you answer someone’s Fan Question, as well as Event Reminder emails, your welcome email can be customized to take on a look that is as unique as you. Use these customizations to have design assets from your regular email campaigns (header image, background image or color, font type/size/family, etc.) match in all the emails you send out.

Customize Auto Emails

To make these settings, visit the Customize Auto Emails page. Once there, start with the Global Settings button in the top right. This is where you can create the look for all your automated emails. After that, you can personalize each individual email as well as configure supporting content (like a video thumbnail or free giveaway in your welcome email).
