Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Simply click on the upgrade tab on your dashboard and choose the plan you would like to use.

What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you have any questions about this feel free to call us at (212) 464-8969.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. FanBridge is a pay as you go service. There are no long term contracts and no committments. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month and that’s it.

I have a very large fan database, do you offer bigger plans?
We sure do. We have a Platinum plan which has 100,000 messages and is geared for our enterprise level clients. It runs $129.99 a month.

Do you offer white label service?

Is my data safe and secure?
Yes. Our network is protected by an enterprise level firewall and SSL encryption. We keep our infrastructure up to date with the latest security patches.
