We are continuing to build tools for YouTube Creators and Partners to get the most out of their audiences, and today we want to highlight how a YouTube channel can use our Universal Signup Form feature to drive fans to watch more videos while collecting email addresses in the process.
The Universal Signup Form allows you to put a signup form in front of any website. This gives fans the opportunity to join your FanBridge mailing list before they enter the site to which you’ve directed them. We’ve found this to be especially effective when sharing a new YouTube video. After publishing a new video to YouTube, many video creators tweet or post the watch page link to their social networks. This is helpful, but when you post a link to the video via our Universal Signup Form you get the traffic to the video PLUS the fan’s email address. Double win!
Here’s how you can use this for yourself:

3) Now you can copy the embed code to use on your personal website. In this case, we’re going to use the “Get the link ” option to share to our friends and followers.
4) Share the link via your social networks and when fans clicks the link, they will be taken to a page that looks like your video watch page with a signup form on top of it. Once they signup, the real video watch page loads, and they can watch your video.
